Making the Decision: Divorce is certainly not a step to take lightly. It is an important and life changing decision for you and your family. Like most people, you are probably heading into divorce based on conflicting issues and conditions you feel are no longer tolerable. Preparing for the Process: As a family law attorney, I have seen the divorce process upset too many unsuspecting clients because they had not had an opportunity to think it through or prepare for it ahead of time.
